Carter Home, Hudson ca. 1900.  This old home was located along Old Dixie Hwy near Sea Pine Golf Course in Hudson and belonged to the Carter Family.  This early style home is an example of the "cracker style" homes built throughout the area, note the detached kitchen off the back of the home.  (Photo courtesy of Brenda Knowles)
