Pasco County Circuit Court Judge Richard Kelly, May 24, 1963.  Judge Kelly was accused by the Pasco County Bar Association of misconduct in office by abuse of his power as a circuit court judge.  As a result recommendation for impeachment of Judge Kelly was made and a hearing conducted by the Florida House of Representative and Senate.
