
| Residence of Emil Ferdinand Nyman. This
was third house in New Port Richey owned by Emil Nyman, this home was
built in 1915 or 1916 and is situated along the banks of the Cotee
River. Mr. Nyman was instrumental in the initial progress of the
town, building a large number of the city's original homes and business
places. Mr. Nyman was the owner of New Port Richey's first water system
